HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days worldwide. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item when it arrives.

Our company is based in France. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia.

What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, if your item is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be held at your local post office for pickup.
I made a mistake with my address, what should I do?
Don’t worry — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, as per our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Is your website secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why:

We currently accept credit cards and PayPal on our website. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will fully refund the item once it arrives at our facility. However, all returned items must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. A proof of postage must also be sent to us by email as evidence of shipment.
